Oscar Nordström has spent more than a decade building the banking products people in Norway use on their phones every day. He started in mobile payments at Valyou, was part of the team running MobilePay in Norway for Danske Bank, and led product for DNB's mobile bank. After a period as Chief Product Officer and interim COO at the open banking company Neonomics, he returned to DNB to lead Digital Channels.
Since autumn 2025 he has led Radical AI, DNB's group-wide team that builds the bank's own AI tooling and puts it to work across the business. The team ships to production every day: its own agent platform, an LLM gateway, enterprise-wide knowledge , and an internal marketplace where employees share AI skills.
