Anders is a Norwegian CEO and founder-operator who has led Øwre-Johnsen Group since 2015. Its main company, Øwre-Johnsen, is a family-owned industrial trading business founded in 1948. It serves industry, municipalities and marine customers across Norway. In 2024 he spun out Divako, a cloud platform for remote metering of water, heat and energy. Divako now reads more than 5,000 meters directly to the cloud for Oslo's water and sewage agency.
He works where traditional industrial distribution meets software, building new solutions for customers in established markets. He recently co-founded Divako Eniq, which targets the growing submetering market. Divako's platform is also listed in Berg Insight's 2026 report on smart water metering in Europe and North America.
