Our headlining speaker, Per Sundin, has defined his career by spotting opportunities and potential way before others saw their value. When the music industry treated streaming as a threat, he backed Spotify and helped build it into a platform that over 750 million people use today.

He was also skilled at spotting talent. He signed Avicii and Tove Lo during his time at Universal Music Nordics, which led to their global stardom. He continues to push the boundaries by reinventing live music at Pophouse Entertainment today, the team behind ABBA Voyage, a virtual concert residency where digital avatars of ABBA perform their greatest hits.

At Unleashed, he'll unpack how he made the call, held his nerve, and where he's betting next.

Karl Munthe-Kaas is a unicorn founder who knows how to build and scale. He founded Nabobil, later acquired by Getaround, but is best known as co-founder of Oda. He ran Oda as CEO for more than ten years and built the world's most efficient online grocery, proving that online grocery could be profitable at discount price levels. The company raised more than USD 265 million from investors including SoftBank and Prosus and expanded from Norway into Finland and Germany. Along the way, Karl received multiple awards for innovation and leadership. He has also been an active voice in Norway's political debate, working to improve conditions for founders.

Cecilia Brækhus is one of the most accomplished female boxers of all time. Known as “The First Lady,” she became the first woman in history to hold all four major world titles simultaneously and went more than a decade undefeated.

Cecilia played a central role in bringing professional boxing back to Norway after a 33-year ban, and became the first woman to headline a professional boxing event in the country. She ended her boxing career in 2025 by winning the WBC and WBO super-welterweight world titles in her final fight.

Today, Cecilia is building the First Lady Initiative, a non-profit organization she founded to give girls aged 13–19 access to the methods, support and community that helped shape her own career. Through physical training, mental resilience, leadership and mentorship, she is taking what she learned at the highest level of sport and passing it on to the next generation.

Lucas Weldeghebriel is the founder of Operators, a media and network brand for executives at Nordic growth companies. Through its podcast, newsletter, summits and peer groups, Operators gets CEOs, CFOs and CTOs to share how they actually solved the problems others are facing right now, so the next leader doesn't have to repeat the same mistakes. The podcast reached #1 in entrepreneurship on Apple Podcasts Norway at launch.

Before Operators, Lucas spent ten years building Shifter into Norway's leading startup and tech publication, which he sold to Schibsted in 2024. With a background in journalism, he has held editorial leadership roles at Aftenposten and VG, founded MinMote and helped develop VG+.

Stein Danielsen is a technologist, entrepreneur, and one of the co-founders of Cognite. During his 30-year career, he has worked at companies including Scala Computer Television, Fast Search & Transfer, Microsoft, Cxense, and Cognite.

His career has spanned a broad range of technologies—from 3D graphics, search, and real-time systems to large-scale data platforms, AI, and robotics. At Cognite, Stein has been closely involved in innovation, exploring how new technologies can become practical solutions for industry. Recently, his focus has been on AI and robotics and how autonomous systems can make industrial operations safer, more efficient, and increasingly autonomous.

A hands-on engineer at heart, Stein is happiest writing code, building prototypes, and exploring what the next generation of technology can make possible. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Fredrik Winther has spent his career on the side of the table where new companies get their start. As Managing Director of Oslo Business Region, he helped turn Oslo Innovation Week from a city event into one of the Nordics' main meeting points for founders, investors and corporates, and in the process helped put Oslo on the map as a startup capital.

Fredrik has broad investment experience from his period heading up the Katapult Group, and from direct investments through Tomorrow Today. He leads SINTEF Ventures, where research from one of Europe's largest independent research organisations is turned into companies. He knows where public and private actors help each other, and where they get in each other's way.

At Unleashed, he'll moderate the panel "Who Moves First? Public and private in industrial AI," exploring how public and private actors differ in their approach to AI transformation: speed, structure and appetite for risk.

Christine Dancke is a host and the founder of Vrang Produksjon, the independent production company behind some of Norway's most popular podcasts and radio programmes. Many people know her from her ten years at NRK P3, where her music programme Christine ran for eight seasons and introduced listeners to a long line of new Norwegian artists, with Vrang taking over production from 2017. Along the way, she also hosted VG-Lista, P3 Gull and HAIK, which went on to win a Gullruten award.

Today, she hosts a weekly podcast where she talks with Norway's most popular artists about their music and their lives, and she created Noia, a podcast series made to take some of the drama out of everyday mental health struggles. She trained as a sociologist at the University of Oslo and has been a regular speaker in DNB's Hun investerer campaign, which encourages women to take more control of their own finances.

Nassir is Group CEO and co-founder of Reodor Studios, a corporate venture and innovation studio in Norway, and has spent close to 20 years as a serial entrepreneur. Before Reodor he co-founded Nora Collective, a cultural management company and record label that managed some of Norway's best-known artists and later drew a strategic investment from Sony Music. Earlier he founded vidFlow, the world's first licensed music video streaming platform to sign all three major labels — Universal, Sony and Warner.

He started Reodor in 2018, where he and a team of designers, technologists and business developers build new ventures, products and business models with Nordic corporates including Aker, DNV, Fortum, Møller Mobility Group and Posten. Along the way he has co-founded companies of his own — construction data platform Fremby, dance studio software Tiny Studios and AI product studio Supercompany — plus joint ventures Carenode (with Ramsay Santé) and Norma (with Standards Norway). He also founded Charge, a non-profit incubator for first-generation immigrant entrepreneurs.

Hildur Smaradottir is the CEO of Ohma, a Norwegian technology company. Ohma is on a mission to make homes safer through smart technology and data, shifting the focus from repairing damage in homes to proactively preventing it before it happens.

Before founding Ohma, Hildur held leadership roles in the technology industry, driving digital transformation, product innovation, and commercial growth. She is passionate about building technology companies through strong partnerships and turning complex technology into intuitive, valuable customer experiences.

Aleksander Leonard Larsen is the Founder and CEO of Stendr, an Oslo-based company that builds AI-native, vertically integrated hardware and software for modern military operations. 

Before Stendr, Aleksander co-founded Sky Mavis, the company behind the breakout gaming hit, Axie Infinity. He scaled it to a $3B valuation and a player base of 5 million. When the company was hacked for $625M by North Korea in 2022, he led the recovery, signing $150M in term sheets within a week and making every affected user whole. That period shaped his conviction that companies are built to last through the moments when most would fold.
