Our headlining speaker, Per Sundin, has defined his career by spotting opportunities and potential way before others saw their value. When the music industry treated streaming as a threat, he backed Spotify and helped build it into a platform that over 750 million people use today.

He was also skilled at spotting talent. He signed Avicii and Tove Lo during his time at Universal Music Nordics, which led to their global stardom. He continues to push the boundaries by reinventing live music at Pophouse Entertainment today, the team behind ABBA Voyage, a virtual concert residency where digital avatars of ABBA perform their greatest hits.

Hildur Smaradottir is the CEO of Ohma, a Norwegian technology company, backed by If Insurance. Ohma is on a mission to make homes safer through smart technology and data, shifting the focus from repairing damage in homes to proactively preventing it before it happens.

Before founding Ohma, Hildur held leadership roles in the technology industry, driving digital transformation, product innovation, and commercial growth. She is passionate about building technology companies through strong partnerships and turning complex technology into intuitive, valuable customer experiences.

At Unleashed, Hildur will share Ohma's journey of building and scaling, and why partnerships, customer-centric innovation, and prevention are creating new opportunities across industries.

Erling spent twelve years building consumer companies from scratch. He co-founded Db, the Norwegian travel-gear brand that broke into international markets, and a fitness tech venture later acquired by a global tech company.

In 2023, he made a deliberate shift from consumer to critical infrastructure. He joined listed developer, Magnora, to build its data center arm across the Nordics and Europe. When Magnora acquired Storespeed in 2025, he took over as CEO of a Halden facility with nearly two decades of uptime, now on a path from under 1 MW to 5+ MW.

Erling operates at a unique intersection: founder instincts inside a listed company, running live infrastructure while building something new. He sits on the boards of Magnora's data center and battery-storage development companies.

Marie Solvang Holmsen is CFO at Nexus Grid, an energy technology company spun out from DNV in May 2026. She works across finance, strategy, and business infrastructure, focusing on turning ambitious ideas into the means needed to scale.

She started her career at DNV through the global finance trainee programme and has since worked across corporate innovation, including managing the finances of early-stage ventures business and portfolio level within Energy System. 

She was part of the journey leading up to Nexus Grid’s spinout and focuses on how early-stage companies develop from initial concepts into scalable - and over time sustainable businesses. She brings an international perspective shaped by living and working in multiple countries, including India, Australia, and Spain.
